An investor himself, Dave wanted to provide a management experience he wished he had – one that understood the market in the area, communicated clearly and honestly and managed properties as if they were his own.

Karen is a Senior Property Manager at our Gold Coast office with over 10 years’ industry experience. Her core focus is customer service, open communication with clients and being responsive to their needs. Being an investor herself, she has significant knowledge of the local areas.

Vera is a Senior Property Manager at our Adelaide office with over 12 years’ industry experience. Her success and longevity can be attributed to her extensive knowledge of property management in South Australia and her passion of delivering a personal experience for her landlords and tenants alike.
