DT Property was established to provide an exceptional property management experience to investors in the Adelaide metro area. Even though we have expanded the business to also service the Gold Coast, our values have not changed.

Meet the team
Dave founded DT Property after realising there was a need for specialised, local property management in Adelaide. An investor himself, Dave wanted to provide a management experience he wished he had – one that understood the market in the area, communicated clearly and honestly and managed properties as if they were his own.
Kylie is a Senior Property Manager with over 20 years’ industry experience. Her success and longevity can be attributed to her extensive knowledge of property management in Australia and her passion of delivering a personal experience for her landlords and tenants alike.
